Information about shipping cannabis seeds
Providing our customers with the most efficient and private shipping methods available is at the top of our great customer service list. Expediting orders for our lucky customers means timely deliveries, attention to privacy preferences and service with a smile. All the seeds are sent from our warehouse. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be successfully delivered.
We are happy to ship our quality products to many countries around the world. Before ordering, we gently recommend confirming that your item selection(s) and your country are included in the shipping information. We have two shipping options at the moment:
Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days.
We only deliver to private addresses or ACS service points. We will not take any responsibility if you use a PO boxes, Packstations, Relay Points, Forwarding company or general public places as delivery addresses.
Your track and trace information will be sent to your registered email address once the parcel has been shipped – check your spam folder.
No tracking updates until the parcel has reached the destination country, sometimes this process can take up to 10 business days.
Deliveries need to be signed for. Your courier will deliver your parcel at your delivery address and will leave a note if you are absent. Note that in some specific cases, the courier may deliver the order in your letter box in order to speed up the delivery process.
You have the right to return your order (or parts thereof) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is still factory sealed (further exclusions apply).
The return period will expire 14 days after the day that you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) has taken possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times in the same order, the return period expires 14 days after the final product of the order has been received.
You will be solely liable for any reduction in product value based on handling or use beyond what is necessary to access its functionality/condition.
To return an item(s), you must inform our customer service team via the contact form, or by sending an email to the address below.
The following products are not covered by the right to return:
Products that have had their original seal opened
Products returned outside of the return period
Products that are unsealed after delivery (for health and hygiene).
Products returned in part under guarantee—all components included in the original packaging must be returned
After you have exercised your right to return, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. If you have returned the product without prior notification, we are not eligible to refund any shipping fees incurred. We may also request a tracking code as proof of return before the payment is refunded.
