Legendary OG Punch is a hybrid strain that was bred by crossing Legend OG with Purple Punch (Granddaddy Purple and Larry OG). Although 60% sativa it is nonetheless a very heavy-hitting strain with an indica-style effect.

Legendary OG Punch has a slightly longer than average flowering time and outdoor-grown plants won’t be ready for harvest until early October in the northern hemisphere. This does have some implications for the zone of cultivability outdoors limiting it to regions where the weather is likely to be pretty good until at least that time.

Indoors plants will grow to a height of 90 – 160 cm. with flowering taking 9 – 10 weeks. Yields are average at 350 – 400 gr/m2. Outdoors these plants will get rather bigger, 180 – 220 cm. tall, with each plant yielding 500 – 550 gr. Wherever it is grown it produces a dominant central cola and those with a degree of experience will probably be able to maximise production using a SoG set-up. Orange and purple colours decorate the green buds making this a very attractive plant. Air filters should be in good working order indoors as the smell is quite pungent with fruity citrus and pine notes.

Flavours of grape, berry and lavender provide palatal interest. THC levels have been measured at 19% with medium doses of CBD. Its effect is very relaxing for tired and aching muscles and provides an excellent night’s sleep. Definitely an evening indulgence unless you are a shift worker who needs to rest.
